Role Impact:
In this role, you will be a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team , focusing on managing user access to information assets while complying with corporate security policies, regulatory compliance obligations, and enhancing the overall user experience. You will be a Product Owner overseeing identity lifecycle management initiatives , managing a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of robust Cyber and IAM solutions .

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction : Develop and refine the strategic direction for the department,



ensuring alignment with DTCC's overall business objectives.
Product Management : Manage DTCC's IAM products across various environments, ensuring availability, scalability , and stability .
Collaborate with Engineering : Work with engineering teams to enhance products and advocate for features that address security needs and improve the customer experience.
Customer Engagement : Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements , ensuring solutions meet their needs.
Operational Efficiency : Assist in overseeing departmental processes to ensure operational efficiency and quality, supporting management best practices .
Compliance & Security : Maintain compliance with industry standards and security best practices, and actively participate in security incident response planning and execution.
Budget & Resource Management : Assist with budget management and resource planning for the depart
