Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat support
Resolve order and delivery-related issues
Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously (3+)
Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of experience in Customer Support (Chat Process preferred)
Excellent written English communication skills
Typing Speed: Minimum 45 WPM with valuable accuracy
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
