1.Operate purified water generation system (RO, EDI, softener, UV, filters,
etc.)
Ensure continuous circulation of PW loop 24x7 with proper velocity and flow
3.Monitor and record critical parameters in logbooks / SCADA at defined
frequency
4 Follow:SOPs,Positive Documentation Practices (GDP),cGMP guidelines
5 Ensure proper documentation for audit readiness.
6 Perform periodic sanitization:Heat sanitization / chemical sanitization of
loop.
7 Prepare and handle chemicals safely (e.g., antiscalant, disinfectants)
Perform dosing as per SOP.
9.Maintain chemical consumption records.
10.Support in maintenance and troubleshooting of system.
To maintain proper house keeping in Purified water area.
