- Lead the MEP team in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects - Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design - Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems - Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities - Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety - Provide technica
