Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis and underwriting of mortgage loan applications
Assess the creditworthiness of the borrowers and the collateral being offered
Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as customers, sales team, and credit team




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and related documents

Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in the LAP / HL Sales domain with Banks or NBFCs only.
Experience in handling multiple stakeholders (Credit / Legal / Ops / Technical / Customer etc)
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
