Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for current employees.
Performance Management:
Implement and monitor goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances , providing guidance and resolution.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
Compensation & Perks:
Administer salary reviews, advantages enrollment, and compensation strategies.
HR Records Management:
Maintain accurate employee records , including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and ethical HR practices .
HR Reporting & Analytics:




Generate HR reports to support data-driven decision-making .
Employee Engagement:
Implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
Conflict Resolution:
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a positive work culture .
HR Technology & Systems:
Utilize HRIS and other HR software for efficient HR operations.
Strategic HR Planning:
Align HR strategies with organizational goals and collaborate with senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws .
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
