Key Responsibilities
Analysis of existing business processes and technical workflows to construct solutions that minimize, or eliminate manual interactions with the process
Using structured problem solving to address any inefficiency or friction points within existing operational processes
Translating technical requirements and any existing process documentation into well-designed automation solutions that have repeatability, consistency and accuracy in mind
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to address automation challenges efficiently and effectively
Accurately estimate time and resource requirements for solution development, and phase solutions appropriately.
Establishing monitoring of automation solutions to track the return on investment of each solution
Crafting transparent documentation on how to setup and execute the solutions
Providing training and continual education on tools and techniques uses within the automation team to colleagues across the business.

The Experience You Bring




Relevant experience within the financial services industry commensurate with the seniority of the role.
Demonstrable track record of business & data analysis, solution design & delivery utilizing automation, dealing with senior internal stakeholders and influencers and building significant working relationships.
Training and presenting skills
Willingness to mentor junior members of the team. Project management experience would be preferred with strategic planning and development experience
Experience in delivering solutions in highly regulated and complex financial services organizations
Stakeholder management with experience of building partnerships and consulting effectively
Solid written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to and incorporate other people s opinions and a robust out-of-the-box thinker who challenges status-quo
