Role & responsibilities
Ideal candidate should have:
Non-Tech Hiring Recruiters with experience in either or multiple skills like- medium or high-level Hiring, Engineers hiring, Managers hiring.
Preferably worked for client industry like - Energy, Telecom, Real Estate/Infra
Stakeholder Management experience is mandatory
Positive Knowledge on Naukri portal, LinkedIn sourcing and other sites.
Ability to work on Data (excel)
Experience in working in any ATS
Has worked on complex Recruitment Process handling End to End Recruitment (From Sourcing Candidates to Offer release).
