Handling all retail Proposals referred by dealers
Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis.
Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership
To tie up & co-ordinate with Dealers for business development and maintain positive rapport with all.
To achieve a minimum of 15 numbers of business per month
Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers.
Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases
To Ensure 100 % CD collection in all the last 12 months cases
To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in all contracts .
To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities
Ensure to follow up all the taken initiatives at higher level.
Timely reporting to ABM when required
Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers.
