About the Role




We are looking for highly motivated CA Industrial Trainees to join our Finance – Record to Report (R2R) team in Bangalore. This role offers hands-on exposure to global accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance processes across international business operations. This prospect is ideal for CA students pursuing mandatory industrial training and looking to build a solid foundation in corporate finance, accounting operations, and global stakeholder management.

What You Will Do
Work with global teams geographically and across all Harman businesses
Perform daily tasks in accordance with written instructions and based on guidance from the line manager or senior team members
Collaborate within the general ledger accounting team and the line manager
Provide back-up for one selected team member as appointed by the line manager

Month end closing:
Prepare and post journals entrie
