This on-site role supports machine builders and end-users to design, implement, and commission robust control systems that improve uptime, throughput, and safety.

Primary job title: Automation Controls Engineer

Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop PLC and HMI/SCADA control solutions for industrial machinery and process lines, including control schematics and I/O lists.
Program, test, and commission PLCs and HMIs (Ladder Logic/Structured Text) and lead FAT/SAT activities with customers and integrators.
Integrate industrial networks and field devices (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus) and configure VFDs, motor drives, and safety interlocks.
Troubleshoot on-site control system faults, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to restore production quickly.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams to produce BOMs,



wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and documentation for installation and handover.
Implement commissioning checklists, update control logic based on field feedback, and support continuous improvement and lifecycle support activities.
