Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary Section. The Coordinator will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, classroom supervision, parent engagement, and ensuring a nurturing, protected, and stimulating learning environment for young learners in alignment with CBSE and Early Childhood Education best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor the pre-primary curriculum in accordance with CBSE guidelines and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) principles.
Ensure age-appropriate, activity-based, and child-centric teaching methodologies.
Supervise, guide, and support pre-primary teachers and support staff.




Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and academic excellence within the pre-primary department.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree.
Mandatory B.Ed. / Montessori Training / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE Certification.

Experience and Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary Education.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Pre Primary Coordinator role.
Robust knowledge of Early Childhood Education methodologies.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
