Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused fresher with outstanding English communication skills to join our Tenancy Management Services (TMS) team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with international clients and wants to build a career in customer service, hospitality, and operations. You will act as the primary communication link between expatriate clients, technical teams, landlords, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring that every maintenance request is handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Receive maintenance requests from expatriate clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Communicate professionally with clients, understand their concerns, and ensure timely updates until issue closure.
Create and maintain service requests in the company's systems.
Coordinate with TMS Executives, Supervisors, technicians, vendors, landlords, and housing societies.
Schedule maintenance visits and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Keep clients informed about appointment schedules,



work progress, delays, and completion status.
Prepare quotations, approvals, and service-related documentation whenever required.
Maintain complete records of communication, maintenance history, and service reports.
Follow up on pending maintenance requests to ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, service trackers, and operational documentation.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing courteous, prompt, and skilled communication at all times.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented personality with a positive attitude.
