Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism and a proven track record of successful end-to-end RPA implementations. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
Perform end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation prospects and define RPA value propositions.
Develop and configure automation processes to meet business requirements.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications,



including mainframe applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
Document RPA solutions and processes for future reference and maintenance.

Technical Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
Proficient in basic programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, Python).
Solid experience with APIs and database management.
Familiarity with OCR tools and their integration with RPA solutions is a plus.
Strong experience with mainframe applications .
Proven experience in delivering end-to-end RPA implementations.
