About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Full Stack Development & Application Support (.NET) to lead the support, maintenance, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies.
This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring solid expertise across ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, APIs, application support, and production operations. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical lead, driving application stability, managing critical incidents, overseeing development activities, mentoring team members, and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams. The role combines hands-on development, production support, technical leadership, and service delivery responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Front-End Development (ASP.NET)
Design, develop,



and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET.
Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Implement frontend business logic and user workflows.
Collaborate with UX, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective user experiences.
Drive modernization and optimization of existing web applications.

Back-End Development (.NET Technologies)
Design, develop, and enhance backend services using:
C#.NET
VB.NET
.NET Framework
.NET-based APIs and services
Build reusable components, libraries, and enterprise application frameworks.
Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
Drive secure coding practices and application lifecycle management.
API & Integration Development
Design, develop, and support REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
