Description
As the Manager - Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our TECH-Digital Shared Services department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of talented professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of Camunda-based solutions. With a focus on the retail business segment, you will oversee the onboarding of SME, individual retail customers, and credit card/personal loan journeys, enhancing our digital shared services offerings.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the implementation and management of Camunda-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Drive the development and enhancement of digital shared services, focusing on the retail business segment.
Ensure the seamless onboarding of SME, individual retail customers, and credit card/personal loan journeys,



utilizing Camunda implementation.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Camunda implementation and digital shared services.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Build solid relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Continuously improve processes and systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a solid background in Camunda implementation.
Proven track record of leading and managing successful technology teams, preferably in a retail
