We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to own and drive
the end-to-end lifecycle of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI-enabled products. The role
requires close collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, UI/UX, Sales,
Marketing, Client Services, and Support teams to translate customer needs and
business goals into scalable, cutting-edge, and high-impact digital solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary liaison between Technology, Engineering, Sales, Marketing,
Client Services, Support and business stakeholders.
Own the complete product lifecycle from product strategy, roadmap planning,
execution, launch, and continuous enhancement.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility,
solution approach, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact,
technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
Translate product vision into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user
stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.




Work closely with the UI/UX team to design intuitive, user-centric
experiences by reviewing wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning,
stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Define product success metrics, KPIs, acceptance criteria, and release
readiness to ensure successful product launches.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI,
automation, and data analytics to enhance product capabilities and customer
experience.
Partner with AI/ML and Data Engineering teams to define requirements for
predictive analytics, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, and
AI-driven features.
Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, product usage analysis,
and competitive benchmarking to identify product enhancements and growth
prospects.
