About you

Essential requirements
Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in transport planning/ transportation engineering)
Working experience (10 to 15 years) in Transport Planning software like, LEGION, VISWALK
Awareness of other modelling software viz., VISSIM, AIMSUN.
Experience and knowledge of Pedestrian Modelling techniques and guidance.
Knowledge of the technical transport planning setting
Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel
Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
Able to write a quality technical report
Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project
Valuable written communication skills
Be able to work individually.
Be able to delegate the tasks

Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Knowledge and experience of UK/Canada/ME regional modelling guidance and approaches
Experience in the use of analytical and research tools such as GIS and the use of databases
An appreciation of the transport industry and related policy context
Skilled membership of a relevant institution.
Experience in leading smaller teams as part of a project delivery
Experience in handling task management
