What You Can Expect:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end transportation operations across India, including vehicle arrangement, shipment planning, dispatch coordination, real-time shipment tracking, customer and transporter communication, issue resolution, and timely Proof of Delivery (POD) collection.
The role requires close coordination with transporters, warehouses, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate documentation, service compliance, and smooth logistics execution from dispatch through POD closure.
The candidate should possess robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in transportation and logistics operations.





What You Bring:
Robust transportation and logistics coordination experience.
Knowledge of Indian transportation operations and documentation.
Experience with ERP, TMS, or logistics management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Years of Experience: 3 years Minimum
