Overview:
The OPD (Outpatient Department) Executive plays a crucial role in the healthcare organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of outpatient services. This role involves managing patient appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to patients visiting the OPD. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule patient appointments in the outpatient department
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about OPD services
Ensure effective coordination between patients, doctors, and medical staff
Coordinate with insurance providers for pre-authorization and claims processing
Execute administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the OPD waiting area
Resolve patient complaints and issues in a qualified and empathetic manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Required Qualifications:
