Role Overview

We, at Kuku TV – India’s leading micro-drama platform – are looking for a growth-minded qualified to scale our brand integrations business.

This is a high-impact mandate, with high growth prospect, focused on building meaningful, integration-led partnerships across our content ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of content, brand solutions, and marketing, owning the lifecycle from brand identification to acquisition to campaign delivery and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Brand Integration Revenue

Drive revenue through brand integrations by building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective partners, identifying integration-led monetization opportunities across shows and formats, and closing commercially sound deals.

Develop Integration-Led Solutions

Conceptualize and sell customized brand integration solutions including in-show placements, sponsored episodes, title partnerships, multi-show packages, and ad inventory. Craft persuasive pitch narratives, proposals, and client-facing decks aligned to campaign objectives.





Lead End-to-End Integration Execution

Own the development and delivery of integrated campaigns by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, translating integration objectives into actionable briefs, and ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met.

Use Data to Strengthen Integration Impact

Leverage audience insights and performance metrics to shape proposals, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and deliver performance reports that reinforce the value of integration-led partnerships.

Requirements
MBA from a top institution (IIMs, FMS, XLRI); undergrad degree also from a top institution (IITs, SRCC, LSR, NIFT, MICA or equivalent)
More than 4 years of experience in OTT/media sales and/or brand solutions
Proven track record of driving B2B revenue through branded content, integrations, or media partnerships
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to build
