Seeking an experienced Transportation Lead / Subject Matter Expert to oversee and manage multi-city transportation operations,



driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and execute transportation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Optimize route planning and manage vehicle fleet operations
Ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency across multiple cities

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and supervise transportation teams including drivers, dispatchers, and logistics staff
Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews
Provide training and development opportunities to foster teamwork and skill enhancement

Financial Management
Create and manage transportation budgets
Monitor and control expenses including fuel costs, maintenance expenditures, and operational overhead
