For HCM Technical we need experience on below list of components.
Data Loading (HDL, HSDL, SDL and PBL)
HCM Extracts Quick formulas Reports (BI and OTBI)
Dashboard creation Infolets UDT Flex fields and Value sets Personalization & Lookups.
Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Management , Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Advantages)
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing setting
