Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency across our projects, contributing significantly to our client solutions and internal platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and QA specialists, to deliver impactful results in an Agile setting.

Software Requirements
Required: Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Angular (10+) or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, JPA/Hibernate, relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker
Preferred: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Kubernetes, Redux or NgRx for state management
Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and DevOps methodologies is advantageous

Overall Responsibilities




Develop and enhance full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and up-to-date front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures aligned with scalable enterprise solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and security.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ensure deployment efficiency.
Conduct code reviews, promote testing practices, and uphold code quality standards.
