Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partnership Manager to drive and manage collaborations within the health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in insurance, broking, and partnership agreements. This role involves developing strategic alliances, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating agreements to ensure mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with brokers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders in the health insurance ecosystem.
Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain solid relationships with brokers and insurers to ensure seamless collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of the health insurance sector, including products, regulations, and market dynamics.
Solid understanding of broking processes and partnership agreements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in the health insurance or broking industry.
