Job Description: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Bangalore and Mumbai

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Bangalore or Mumbai. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced machine-learning models to drive innovation and enhance our products/services.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable machine learning solutions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain insights and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve complex problems.
Design and implement scalable and effective pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.




Evaluate model performance and make improvements to optimize accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance our products/services.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Robust understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
