Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Work on job postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Support senior recruiters in fulfilling client requirements across industries.
Learn and apply recruitment tools, databases, and CRM software.
