As a Lead Architect - iOS at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking, you are an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications on up-to-date cloud-based technologies. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical architecture solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of project goals.
Job responsibilities
Apply deep knowledge of native mobile platforms (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) to guide development teams and make critical technical decisions.
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend architects to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
Develop, communicate, and manage the Technology Roadmap. Lead Special Initiatives as directed by Senior Management
Stay informed on security standards, authentication protocols, and products




Engages technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future needs
Leverages enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work workplace to accelerate architecture discovery and decisioning, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
Establishes reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC/toolchain practices, ensuring traceability/auditability, resiliency, and security controls.
Defines the technical target state of their product and drives achievement of the strategy. Participates in architecture governance bodies
Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends, recommending adoption where beneficial.
Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approache
