About the Role

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple technologies and industries.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
Identify qualified candidates through Boolean search, X-Ray search, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen candidates to assess technical skills, work authorization, communication skills, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.




Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
Maintain candidate information accurately in the ATS/CRM.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT specialists for future requirements.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development teams, and Vendor Management teams.
Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of the US recruitment process.
Experience sourcing candidates for IT positions.
Knowledge of US work authorizations including:
US Citizen
Green Card Holder
H-1B
TN Visa
EAD (GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD)
OPT/CPT
Familiarity with US tax terms:
W2
C2C
1099
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust internet research and sourcing capabilities.
