The Role
The Financial Analyst will be an significant member of the Group Shared Services (GSS) finance team, based in India and reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst/Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will provide analytical and operational support to the finance function, delivering accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights that support business performance and decision-making.
The Financial Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders across GSS to gather financial data, prepare reports, and support the financial planning processes. They will be responsible for maintaining financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing presentations that help the leadership team understand financial performance and trends.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis Support
Support the monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial planning and forecasting processes for GSS
Prepare financial reports and presentations highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and variances
Maintain and update financial models and forecasts based on inputs from business stakeholders
Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and planned performance
Assist in the preparation of budget documentation and financial projections

Business Performance Reporting
Prepare regular performance reports for the GSS leadership team and finance stakeholders
Monitor key business metrics and flag significant variances or emerging trends
Create data visualizations and dashboards to enhance financial reporting and insights
Support ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management and business partners
