Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager – HR to lead the talent management function. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in HR policy development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR analytics, with a solid understanding of the Indian labor market and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Management:
Design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify high-potential talent and lead succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management:




Drive the performance review process across all levels.
Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and implement relevant training programs.
Develop employee development frameworks for long-term growth.
Employee Engagement:
Implement engagement initiatives to build a positive and motivated workforce.
Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and open communication.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
Ensure statutory and legal compliance across HR operations.
HR Analytics & Systems:
Utilize HRIS tools (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to manage employee data.
Track and analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Act as an HR advisor for leadership and cross-functional teams.
