The ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing position plays a vital role in the healthcare sector, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing care to patients. Key Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide nursing care in accordance with established nursing protocols and care plans.
Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients.
Perform wound care and assist in minor surgical procedures.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.




Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care strategies.
Participate in patient admissions and discharges.
Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Ensure a protected and hygienic setting for patients and staff.
Monitor equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for care delivery.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the community.
Participate in continuing education and career development activities.

Required Qualifications
Current ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license to practice in the state.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
