Job Title: Education Counsellor

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about our courses, programs, and career prospects.
Understand student needs and provide accurate guidance for educational planning.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
Coordinate with academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Maintain records of student interactions and regular reporting.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and in-house promotional activities.
Build and maintain a positive rapport with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements:




1–2 years of relevant counselling experience, preferably with T.I.M.E., IMS, Career Launcher, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and career development.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in education/counselling/psychology).
