Prospect to lead the controllership function and work directly with the CFO

Job Description
Responsible for overall F&A; activities to ensure the availability of financial reports, projections & process status.
Drive financial controls, accounting procedures and compliance as per IND AS
Drive the financial planning across by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Ensure timely statutory audit closure by interfacing with all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with various enabling functions and business teams to assess and operationalize recent business strategies or arrangements for any financial or controls impacts to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Implementing internal financial control framework; drafting policies and procedures for accounting, finance, borrowing, lending and secretarial functions




Evaluating and reporting audit findings, recommending changes to correct unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations and ensuring to optimize costs.
Support cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects.
To drive all mid to long term planning for the company including growth and profitability targets.

The Successful Applicant
CA by education
10 - 20 years of overall experience in financial management
Open to Ambarnath as a location
Candidate should come with experience dealing with Retail FMCG or allied industry
