Job Summary:
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent sourcing strategies to attract and hire qualified healthcare and non-healthcare specialists in alignment with the hospital's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for clinical, nursing, allied health, and support functions.
Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Monitor recruitment metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and hiring effectiveness.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
