We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Kinaxis to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and requirements. The position requires leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to contribute to key decisions while mentoring and guiding the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kinaxis.
Lead, collaborate with, and manage the development team.
Make informed decisions that impact both the immediate team and multiple teams across the organization.
Provide solutions to complex problems and ensure seamless application functionality.
Drive knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives to improve team performance.
Continuously evaluate and enhance application development processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must-Have:
Proficiency in Kinaxis with a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
Experience in integrating applications and managing data.
Solid troubleshooting skills for application-related issues.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and optimization techniques.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of Network Analysis (NA).
