Responsibilities
Develop, maintain,



and deliver executive-level Resource Management reporting for firm-wide leadership and individual Business Units.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and analyses related to workforce capacity, demand, utilization, staffing, availability, forecast accuracy, and resource deployment.
Translate complex data into explicit, concise insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
Partner with the Senior Director of Resource Management to identify reporting needs, define metrics, and improve visibility into firm-wide resource health.
Create reporting packages and presentations that are polished, accurate, and appropriate for executive audiences.
Pull, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources, including resource management tools, financial systems, HR systems, project management tools, and Excel-based trackers.
