Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in Oracle Financials implementation, configuration, and support activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Customize and configure Oracle Financials modules to meet business needs.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of overall experience in Oracle Financials.
Solid expertise in Oracle Financials R12 and/or Oracle Financials 11i.
2–3 full-cycle implementation projects completed successfully.
Solid understanding of financial modules and related business processes.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
