Role Overview:
The CEO/President will be responsible for overall strategic leadership, operational excellence, and profitability of the Chemicals and Paper businesses. The role demands a seasoned leader capable of driving growth, optimizing performance, and managing multi-location industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to both business verticals
Drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency
Oversee plant operations, commercial functions, and business development
Strengthen systems, processes, and performance management frameworks
Lead business expansion, capacity utilization, and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability standards
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams
Engage with key stakeholders including board members, clients, and partners

Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Engineering degree with MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) with MBA
Experience: Proven experience as CEO / Business Head / Profit Centre Head,



Managed organizations with minimum turnover of ₹300 Crores, Strong exposure to Industrial/manufacturing sectors, preferably: Industrial Chemicals, Paper, Process Industries, Manufacturing Plants
Preference: Candidates from Gujarat-based industrial chemical companies will be preferred
Key Competencies: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent decision-making ability, Proven ability to work in challenging and dynamic settings, Strong commercial and business acumen, Experience in handling multi-location operations, Good communication skills.
