Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Frontend Lead Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. You will lead a team of frontend developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality code delivery for scalable web applications.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development
At least 3 years of hands-on development using React.js and Next.js
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of 5–10 developers
Solid understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and code scalability
Excellent communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills

Primary Skills

Redux / Context API for state management
RESTful APIs and JSON
HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS

CI/CD basics for frontend
Code review and quality assurance practices

Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries
Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices
