Our client is a fast-growing, multi-specialty healthcare provider known for delivering high-quality, patient-centric care. With up-to-date infrastructure and a robust clinical team, the organization is focused on expanding its reach, strengthening its brand presence, and driving sustainable growth across key specialties.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth across the hospital network. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine digital, on-ground, and doctor engagement initiatives to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of patients and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives
Drive patient acquisition through integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and referral channels
Build and strengthen the hospital’s brand positioning across key specialties and target segments
Lead doctor engagement and referral marketing initiatives to increase inbound and cross-referrals




Identify high-potential specialties and design focused campaigns to improve occupancy and utilization
Manage digital marketing including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and online reputation
Oversee on-ground activations such as camps, corporate tie-ups, health programs, and community outreach
Track and analyze marketing ROI, patient conversion funnels, and channel effectiveness
Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery
Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships to ensure high-quality execution
Drive patient experience and feedback loops to strengthen retention and brand trust

Must Have
MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution
10–15 years of experience in marketing, with a robust preference for healthcare/hospital experience
Proven track record in driving patient volumes, revenue growt
