Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Engineer for residential real estate projects. Candidate must have solid experience in RCC work, finishing activities, site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site execution as per drawings & specifications
Monitor RCC, finishing & structural work quality
Coordinate with contractors, consultants & site team
Ensure project progress as per timeline
Check material quality and site safety compliance
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Resolve technical/site execution issues

Requirements:
B.E./Diploma Civil
5–8 years experience in residential real estate
Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing & site management
Valuable leadership and coordination skills
