The Role

As the Software Lead - Frontend, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of frontend engineers while contributing to the development of complex frontend features.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers
Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality frontend features
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team




Implement complex frontend features like reactivity and state management
Act as a technical contributor to the project
Implement accessibility features and ensure security measures are in place
Contribute to building a highly reliable and performant product UI

Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of up-to-date JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React, VueJS) and related technologies (HTML/CSS)
Strong computer science fundamentals
Exceptional communication skills, open to giving and receiving honest feedback
Passion for building and maintaining robust, scalable software
Experience in enterprise software development
Ability to work in a collaborative setting and take ownership of product quality
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
