Responsibilities
Ensuring use of PPE’s and zero accident
To improve safety awareness among technicians through counselling.
Ensure availability of all C&I; systems related to Turbine & Auxiliaries, UPS, DCS, SWAS.
To attend routine maintenance in Turbine & Auxiliaries, SWAS, MOVs area.
Long term planning & execution of unit overhaul.
Root cause analysis & action for avoiding recurrence of problems using latest technologies, improving plant reliability.
Ensuring backups of DCS and PLC System.
Coordination with other departments for minimizing delay.
Technicians development through OJT/counselling.
Spares/inventory Management and Development of Indigenous spares.
Adherence to BPT process, and Technical Audits & Compliance.
Ensure 100% ZFO implementation & zero human error.
Implementation of SMS, 5S, BPT, IMS
Report unsafe conditions, unsafe act and near miss in the work area
Ensure implementation of JSA
Ensure checklist for equipment being followed
Ensure compliance to safety audit observations

Qualifications
Experience Total : 12-18Yr
Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (C&I;, E&C;, Electronics, Mech.)
