Position: Gen AI Engineer (Hybrid – Bangalore)
Immediate Joiners Only

Mandatory Skills:
Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Large Language Models (LLMs) – training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering
Docker (mandatory), Kubernetes, Helm
CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions

Experience & Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in ML/DL, with at least 2 years in Generative AI solution development.
Expertise: Python and ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
LLM Knowledge: Training/fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning), prompt engineering, model evaluation.
Database Skills: Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search indexing pipelines.
Deployment: Containerization and cloud-native deployment using Docker,



Kubernetes, Helm.
CI/CD: Experience in setting up pipelines for AI/ML solutions.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Candidate Profile:
From Tier 1 product companies and Tier 1 or premier colleges.
Excellent communication, extreme confidence, and ability to handle client-facing and stakeholder management responsibilities.
Immediate availability.
