Responsibilities
Design and implement engagement programs that enhance employee morale and workplace satisfaction.
Organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Helping onboarding team for ensuring smooth onboarding process for current joinee.
Facilitate exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback on their experience and reasons for leaving.
Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions to measure engagement levels.
Analyze engagement survey data and develop action plans to address key findings.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve employee experience.
Be part of HR operations with team and support them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Work with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives.




Partner with leadership and HR teams to create an inclusive, supportive, and positive workplace culture.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.

Key Skills
