Role & Responsibilities
Develop the LX Hausys labelstock business with label converters, print houses, automotive OEM suppliers, and industrial end-users — starting in North India and scaling to a Pan-India footprint.
Drive primary and secondary sales for Novo Protekt PPF across automotive detailers, accessory dealers, and installer networks in North India.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and converter accounts across assigned territories.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline; meet monthly and quarterly volume and revenue targets for both lines.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, including comparisons against competitor products (e.g., Avery Dennison FC 400).
Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitor activity, and customer requirements, and feed it back to management.
Coordinate with the principal (LX Hausys) and internal teams on samples, technical data sheets, and customer queries.
Manage receivables and ensure healthy commercial terms with accounts.




Travel extensively; Pan-India travel for labelstock; North India focus for PPF; comfortable with technical selling and translating product specs into customer perks.

Required Qualifications & Experience
3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in label/print consumables, signage, films, adhesives, packaging, or automotive aftermarket.
Existing network in the label/printing converter industry is a robust advantage; automotive accessory trade network is a plus.
Proven track record of opening current accounts and building territory from scratch.
Graduate in any discipline; technical or business background preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively — Pan-India for the labelstock business, with North India focus for PPF.
Comfortable with technical selling and translating product specs into customer benefits.
