Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate to support employee transport and travel operations. This role is primarily execution- and coordination-focused, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day transport and travel operations, accurate reporting, and adherence to service and compliance standards. Procurement and workplace operations exposure will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Employee Transport & Mobility (Primary Focus)
Support employee transport and mobility programs, including spot rental cabs
Assist in daily transport operations, route planning, roster management,



fleet utilization and resolving employee transport-related queries and escalations.
Coordinate with transport vendors on scheduling, attendance, billing, and service issues
Track and support exception handling, escalations, and service recovery
Ensure adherence to transport policies, safety norms, and SLAs

Logistics & Travel Support
Support logistics planning for larger groups and cohorts, including current hires and internal movements
Provide coordination support for client travel and VIP movements, as required
Assist with corporate travel bookings and accommodation coordination on a need basis

Vendor Coordination
Act as a point of coordination with transport and logistics vendors for day-to-day operations
Support vendor performance tracking and documentation
Assist with SOW-related follow-ups and compliance documentation

Reporting & Operational Support
Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and cost reports related to tra
