Job Description
POSITION: Strategic Client Onboarding Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Client Onboarding
LOCATION: India

Main Responsibilities:




Creating, organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to client onboarding processes, procedures and policies
Assist with creation of process charts and email templates for Client Onboarding
Create and maintain the content Library for RFP responses for client Onboarding and KYC
Review and customize RFP responses from the proposal content library
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including onboarding managers, business development, Legal, integration teams to articulate complex facets of products and services.
Ensure all aspects of the RFPs are completed on time and meet the necessary requirements.
Provide regular updates to Senior management on the progress
Support the broader onboarding team as required.
Report to the Regional Head of Client Onboarding.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Graduate / Masters – Commerce /CA/MBA – Finance/CFA
