We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Skilled Services Engineer to join our NICE Actimize Skilled Services team. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering and implementing financial crime prevention solutions for leading global financial institutions.
You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and deploying Actimize solutions across domains such as AML, Fraud Prevention, and Trading Compliance. You are someone who enjoys working on complex enterprise applications, understands backend systems, and thrives in solving customer challenges.

How will you make an impact?
Develop, configure, and customize Actimize solutions based on design specifications
Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, build, and deployment
Work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional global teams
Interface with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Implement and configure new applications and set up environments
Deploy solutions and support production issues, including troubleshooting functional problems
Collaborate with R&D;, Qualified Services, and Support teams
Build tools and utilities to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
Ensure adherence to enterprise software standards and best practices
Work independently on complex tasks with high attention to detail
Support customers across different time zones and occasionally wor
